Our Supporters

In addition to overwhelming community support and input, CyberTribe has received funding from the following generous sources:

Humboldt Reigonal Occupational Program (HROP)

HROP has agreed to pay a lion's share of the CyberTribe Program Director's salary. They have also given us a yearly program support grant of $1,000 for supplies and expendables.

Also....

We received a general purpose grant from the Mental Halth Department for $5,000.

We are an approved site for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Youth Development System. Youth from low income families will receive an hourly wage to participate in CyberTribe.

Another development has been a change in the demographics of the youth we are serving. Fewer of the CyberTribers are from middle class backgrounds; more are at-risk children referred to us by Juvenile Justice agencies.
